RAM(Random Access Memory) is what your programs use while they're running to temporarily save files. Give them some space with a RAM upgrade. Adding more RAM can make a huge difference in your computer's performance.

In general, we recommend at least 1 GB of RAM if you have Windows XP, at least 2GB of RAM if you have Windows Vista. If you multitask (keep multiple windows open), you may want more. 

We'll figure out what kind of RAM you need for your laptop or desktop, order it, and install it into your computer. We'll charge $30 dollars, plus the cost of the RAM(usually between 10 and 50 dollars).
